Yes! Anyone on your team can be given access to your Podium location with varying permissions, at NO ADDITIONAL COST!
From bulk texting (by uploading a list of contacts), communicating via text with clients under a single number, to responding to reviews on Google, Facebook, and more on your behalf, Podium was made for teams.
Podium checks to see if a loan file is Funded. When a loan is funded, Podium schedules an automatic review invitation text to be sent to the loan client.
The default send time is 10:00am after Podium receives the file marked as Funded.
Two other available times are:
- Immediately when file is received. (this ends up being around 7-7:30am)
- In the evening at 7:00pm.

Yes! If you have a textable landline, you can give Podium (Twilio) access to texting rights. Sometimes, a VOIP carrier can be made to work, but not usually. Cell carriers cannot give texting rights.
If this can be supported for you, your team will be able to manage text communications from your landline phone number within the Podium interface. Phone calls will still ring your phone as expected!
Unfortunately, Podium is not set up to allow this. However, they do provision a phone number with a local area code for your Podium Location to use, if you choose not to give texting rights for your textable landline.
You can check to opt-out of Podium from Encompass.
By when do I need to opt-out in Encompass?
The podium file is uploaded at 10pm that night so the opt out button needs to be checked before/on the day of the Borrower Intent to Proceed date is completed.
If the opt out is check before loan is funded, then the funded portion will not be uploaded that day.
